Why you'd want to live in EVERETT
Everett, another large port city about 20 minutes north of Seattle, has a historic downtown core with homes along it's water view ridge dating back to the early 1900's. A beautiful marina with restaurants is being expanded be developers for mixed condo and commercial use. Across the interstate from downtown, the suburbs of Everett surrounds Silver Lake. On the south end, it meets Mukilteo, sharing some of the same flair of that quiet living area with larger water view properties near the state ferry running back and forth from popular Whidbey Island. Everett holds the seat of Snohomish County Courthouse and other key municipalities for the region north of Seattle.
